Meet Jason Valleau
Jason Valleau is the creator of Goodness Steak Seasoning and the owner of Tasty Goodness. It all started by accident. Seriously. Jason had a small roast and coals that were dying but too hot to waste one summer night in 2008. He grabbed all the flavorful spices out of the kitchen cabinet and started seasoning that roast. Wrapped it in foil and put it on the grill.
3 hours later he pulled it off. Opened the foil. Whoa. It smelled great! His wife came from the back bedroom exclaiming “What is that smell?!” (It was a happy question not the usual one from a wife to her husband. Haha). He told her what he did and they cut into it. Heaven in a foil package!
Ever since that day, he started messing around with spice combos on steak night at home. It took about 4 years of that process until what became Goodness Steak Seasoning today. He hopes it helps make great memories around the dinner table for your family and friends. (It’ll help you impress your in-laws without a doubt!!)
