Measure 2.3 Tb of the Goodness Steak Seasoning then add this to complete the ‘GOODNESS’:
- 1 Tb minced garlic
- 1 tsp yellow mustard
- 1 tsp Worcestershire
- about 1 Tb of olive oil
Mix well with the dry ingredients, then slather on both sides of the steaks while they are raising to room temp before cooking.
Cook to your liking and ENJOY!! Mix should cover 4 ribeye steaks.
Note: You may substitute garlic infused oil for the minced garlic for the same flavor profile.
